Friday Evening

I can't believe I forgot to mention this earlier- but he's able to shrug both shoulders and move both arms.  It's just a bit and it's all upper arm movement (so, nothing really from his hands) but it's awesome to see this.

  1. Hello Sarah-
I'm so sorry to hear about Billy. Billy and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Let us know if we can do anything to help.

  2. Sarah,
I am over the maint. supervisors at the plant. The last conversation I had with Bill was regarding his request for some time off to do some bow hunting. I told him I would be doing the same and we would have to share our stories about our experiences.
I have a great deal of respect for Bill. He is a hard worker and how he can work all night and take engineering classes during the day is beyond me. I can't say that I know him well but he impresses me with his energy and drive. I say this because these are vital traits needed to make it through what he will deal with in the months and years to come. He has so many people praying for him and every day, at the plant, people are anxious to know how he's doing. And there are many anxious to see him when he is able to have visitors.
I am so thankful he has so much support. And thank you for taking the time to post these updates. You must be exhausted. Hang in there.
